I created this webapp for when I'm sat at work with my iPhone docked, in its cradle,  on my desk.

Simply place your iPhone its cradle, choose a webapp, and it'll refresh it every 4 minutes. It'll sit there, refreshing all day, a glance over every now and again means you'll never miss an update, a comment or breaking news story.

Over 20 of my colleagues are now using it on their iPhone, and I recently created a version for our corporate Intranet that shows the latest updates from various departments.
