Using JotNot is easy:
1) Take or import a picture of a document
2) Select the area you want to save. Adjust the processing settings (by clicking the gear icon) and/or select the paper size (leaving it on "Auto" is fine).

Tips to get the best quality scans:
• Ensure that the document is flat and well lit • Use a preset mode when possible • For faint text try maxing out the contrast • Try to use image stabilization if possible. If you have a 3GS, make sure the auto focus has time to engage. • If you have a 1st Gen or 3G iPhone, you MUST hold the phone at least 12 inches away to get a sharp image (due to the fixed focus lens).

3. On iPhone 3GS make sure the camera is focused on the business card. On older models you should use 3rd party additional lenses to get good results.
4. Hold the iPhone right above the card. Keep the card aligned with viewfinder edges and adjust iPhone positioning so that the card fits the screen size.
5. Hold the iPhone firmly and take the picture.
6. After recognition is done, it's a good idea to check the result, since no OCR software yet can guarantee 100% result.
In next version we will add business card holder to save the original photos of business cards along with the contact details.
COMPATIBILITY NOTES
- No special equipment is required for using the app on iPhone 3GS since its camera allows to take photo of good enough quality.
- If you are using iPhone 2G or 3G, you may need additional gadgets to improve photo quality, such as Griffin Clarifi.
- Since iPod Touch doesn't have built-in camera, it's possible to recognize business cards only from saved images.

HoursTracker is perfect for hourly workers that need to turn in a time card or time sheet, contractors who bill for jobs or projects separately, or those who simply just want to keep track of the hours they have worked. Features a streamlined, easy-to-use interface great for use on the go!

Clock in and out as many times as you want per day and HoursTracker will do the math for you.
Track your earnings by entering an hourly rate for each job and then optionally changing it for any block of time worked. The review hours screen will show you time worked and money earned by calendar day, week or month.
Track your pay on the Money tab by entering pay period information about your jobs and letting HoursTracker total up your hours by pay period. HoursTracker will show you list of upcoming paychecks from each job and how much to expect given the hours tracked so far. Estimate your net pay by entering a withholding percentage and even a flat-rate deduction to apply once when the pay period ends.
Export your hours and earnings via e-mail either as a friendly summary or a computer-friendly CSV data format. You choose which format you want in the e-mail body and/or an attachment. Information about jobs (e.g. the name, the hourly rate, time worked) can be edited at any time by touching the arrow next to the job name.
